All of our products are custom-made to order. Please read our policy carefully before making a purchase.

We do not accept returns or exchanges for:

• Incorrect size selection
• Change of mind or personal preference
• Cancellations after the order has been placed

We do accept returns or exchanges for:

• Damaged or defective items upon delivery
• Incorrect print or manufacturing error
• Wrong item sent

If you experience any of the above issues, please contact us within 30 days of delivery with the following information:

• Your order number
• A photo clearly showing the issue

We will review your request and arrange a free replacement as soon as possible.
